Fundraisers @ The W!

Are you part of an organization looking to raise money and have hundreds of laughs or be entertained by world class musicians? If the answer is "yes" give The W a try. We have helped church groups, sports teams, dance troupes and charities raise much needed dollars. You can raise anywhere from $500 - $5,000 dollars for your cause in a single night! Everyone loves our national concert nights and our comedy night, it's an easy sell. All Our showroom seats 200.

It's great for cheerleaders, band, drama club, sports teams, medical needs or special events.

Here's How it Works:

• Pick the date: Friday, and Saturday Night shows. You can view the upcoming shows through our web site.
• Set your financial goal: You can sell 10 or 200 per show or do this more than once if you need to raise even more money.
• Pick up your tickets: We'll print the tickets for you with the event info on them and you can pick them up here at The W.
• Sell the tickets: You are responsible for sales and collection of the money. Ticket prices vary depending on the weekend. Your charity keeps everything above $5 on each ticket sold for comedy and $10-$20 per ticket for our national concert series.
• Set a deadline: 10 days prior to your show date you will need to turn in any unsold tickets and the money for the tickets (the difference between the ticket price and our $5, $10-$20 on each ticket).
• A great selling point: We offer a full dinner service with wonderful meals as well as a full bar service. In addition to ticket sales we can set it up where your organization can also receive a percentage of food sales for that evening. People love to go out for a dinner and a show and The W is the only place to do this in Hutchinson!

This is a great deal and an easy sell.
