The W is available for all kinds of parties. We celebrate everything. Bachelor/Bachelor, Bridal Shower, Baby Showers, Birthday's, Anniversaries, Graduations, Class Reunions, Halloween, Christmas. Every one has fun at The W! It crosses all the boundaries and everyone has a great time. No matter what their age.

Everything is Ala Carte

You can come for a show, have a cocktail party, have dinner, or just have a party. We can also cater a special event for you or even come to you and provide entertainment and catering services. You can combine anything we have i.e. food, drinks, entertainment and facilities together or just come and see a show.

Entertainment: Comedy shows are Saturday nights at 9:00 PM. Music nights are Friday nights 8-midnight. We also have a national concert series featuring some of the best musicians from around the world once a month. The W is also available for private parties by arrangement on Firdays and Saturdays as well as Sunday-Thursday. We have a variety of entertainment available including comedians, hypnotists, DJ's, bands, musicians and keynote speakers. You can book them for our location or for your location.

Group Rate: Our group rate is $1 off each ticket for groups of 15 or more, when purchased at the same time (Not valid on Thursdays and special events).

Drinks: We can run a cash bar, company tab, or even print up drink tickets (with your limitations). We can provide a full barset up and bartenders at your place or ours.

Food: Our in house culinary team can create just about any menu you can dream of. Our chef will work closely with you to create the perfect menu for your event whether it is being held at The W or any location in and around Hutchinson, Kansas.

Reservations: Call when you have chosen a specific show. You will be penciled in to hold your place until you have received your RSVP's. Once you have your RSVP's, call and purchase your tickets (620) 665-8439. Tickets are non-refundable.

Payment: Show tickets can be purchased over the phone with a credit card. We will accept business checks for tickets (no personal checks). Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received. Food and beverages are paid for on the night of the show and an 18% gratuity will be added onto the check.
