The W is Hutchinson's Home For Live Music, Great Food and Spirits. We feature a 20 foot live entertainment stage and state of the art sound and lighting system. Come enjoy world class entertainment from around the globe right here in Hutchinson, Kansas in a casual, up close and intimate atmosphere.  Also enjoy our "Build Your Own Space" Wine lounge and our  Incredible Gourmet Comfort Food Prepared Fresh Daily.

We had three goals in mind for The W:

1.  A casual environment where anyone could come and feel comfortable.

The W is unique in that there is something for everyone regardless of your interests and tastes in food and music. We promote a come as you are fun, casual environment. You can enjoy a cold beer and game in our bar with your buddies, relax with your girlfriends after work in our one of a kind "Build Your Own Space" wine lounge, enjoy a well prepared meal with your entire family, or be mesmerized by the incredible talent we have appearing on The W Stage. Kids are welcome and highly encouraged to come to The W for dinner and our concerts. At about 10:00 or after the show, put the kids to bed and get back to The W to enjoy the rest of the evening.  Come in jeans, come in shorts, come in a cocktail dress, come in a suit, come in sweats, it doesn't matter what you wear, just come and enjoy!

2. World Class Live Entertainment in an up close, intimate atmosphere

We specialize in bringing in hard to get entertainers from around the country to perform in our state of the art venue built specifically for this purpose. The W features national, regional and local music of every musical genre with an emphasis on country, blues and rock music. Once per month we bring in national artists and bands to play The W. Past and/or upcoming performers at The W include Billy Dean, Richie McDonald, John Berry, Jamie O'Neal, Bryan White, Doug Stone, Ty Herndon, Rick Trevino and many others. We also feature a world class comedy series where a national comedians such as Bob Nelson, John Deboer, Dustin "Screech" Diamond, Luke Francis and others.

Although we try to encourage the artists we bring in to perform acoustically ‘in the round' or in a 'songwriters' format to promote the up close and personal environment, we are just as comfortable and perfectly suited to provide an incredible atmosphere for a full rockin' band.

Because of the past relationships we have built in the music and comedy community world wide, we have the ability to bring world class talent into Hutchinson in an intimate environment that probably would have otherwise not been feasible. Big concerts and comedy shows are a blast, we love them, but there is something about a small live venue that promotes that connection between entertainers and the audience that you just don't get often at larger venues. The shows you see at The W may very well be the only opportunity you will ever get to see some of these entertainers live and in such an intimate environment.

In addition to the national acts we bring in such as Billy Dean, Richie McDonald, Jamie O'Neal and others, Hutchinson is blessed to be home to or in very close proximity to many incredible local and regional entertainers that will be appearing regularly at The W. 3. World Class Service, Food, Spirits and Wine

We take service, food, spirits and wine very seriously here at The W.   The moment you walk into The W and see our perfectly crafted, environmentally controlled wine cellar, expertly mixed drinks, huge selection of ice cold beer, and our gourmet comfort food menu, you will feel like a kid in a candy store.  Our professionally trained staff are here to answer any questions you have and to wait on you hand and foot.

We have coined our own style of food called "gourmet comfort food".  You could just as easily find a pan seared snapper with basil cream sauce served over risotto or a perfectly cooked steak as you could a huge homemade Chicken Pot Pie served in a mashed potato bowl or a BBQ chicken pizza.   There is something for everyone on each menu, but you will find items on our menu that you will not find anywhere else in Hutchinson and you are encouraged to constantly be trying something new.  If there is something you have never had before and you aren't sure if you will like it, go ahead and try it and we will get you something else if you don't like it!

Our entire menu of the finest gourmet comfort food dishes each week are prepared fresh right before your eyes in our open kitchen. Each dish is prepared fresh and one at time as you order..  

When you aren't here enjoying our food in the restaurant you can enjoy our food in the comfort of your own home, at a party or at a corporate event of any size.  The W is available for all of your catering needs.

In Addition to catering, we have established The W @ Home, which is a highly organized personal food preparation service that allows you to have freshly prepped Meals and desserts ready to pop in the oven and on your family's dinner table.  This service is a life saver for people who for whatever reason, just can't find the time to always have a fresh, hot and incredibly tasty meal on the table.  Daily, Weekly and Monthly plans are available as well as pick up or delivery of all of your meals.
